Our online self-defence training course allows you to learn Arakan Martial Art in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you, and at your own pace. Whether you’re wanting lessons sent direct to your inbox each week, or perhaps private one-on-one training sessions (via Skype or Zoom) with a qualified Arakan Martial Art Senior Instructor each month - or even each week! - we have a package that will suit.

Our goal is to equip you with the techniques, discipline, conditioning, and skills to remain calm in heightened situations and to diffuse situations that you may encounter in life.

In this unique Arakan Online Training Program, you are learning directly from Master Robert Kyaw, a privilege granted only to an elite few.

You will learn to strike and defend in any distance and from various angles. You will learn to use your whole body as a weapon - from elbows to knees, open palms, edge hands, closed fists, locks, deflections, traps, blocks, bridges, kicks, forearms, your head – the list goes on! With consistent training you will develop impenetrable defences and intricate footwork that allow you to dynamically flow around an opponent, giving you a huge advantage in a street situation.

There are no limitations to learning Arakan Martial Art.
